Usabilla continues global efforts with a new office in Sydney

Usabilla, the Voice of Customer platform, is proud to announce its expansion into the APAC region with the opening of a new regional headquarters in Sydney. This will be the company’s fifth regional office to open outside of its headquarters in Amsterdam.
The new APAC office will be ran by Head of Asia & Pacific, Wouter Koch, who previously led the EMEA team as Director of Business Development. Usabilla CEO, Marc van Agteren, summarizes, “The combination Usabilla experience with fresh, local talent continues to be our best recipe for success.”
Locating to Sydney allows Usabilla to develop a closer relationship with existing APAC customers - which include Flight Centre, Telstra, Hipages Group, and Toyota - while driving the momentum for improved digital experiences in the region. Wouter explains, “The ecommerce landscape in Australia is changing rapidly and we see that the need for user based decisions is growing. As one of the most ambitious user feedback companies in the world, I know we have a solid solution for Enterprise clients in the APAC region.”
Starting with four employees, Wouter aims to have accumulated a team of ten by the end of 2018. Usabilla will also be partnering with vendors such as Optimizely, who have already successfully launched in Australia. Wouter continues, “In Europe and the US, we already have strong partnerships in place with a number of agencies; this is something I would also like to achieve in Australia. Our SaaS solution is not only helpful for Enterprise companies but also for agencies who are looking for a Feedback Management system that allows them to validate projects and increase their work efficiency.”
Usabilla has been successfully serving APAC clients since 2013 from its headquarters in Amsterdam. Marc explains, “As we continue to scale up, we recognize that we need a local presence to continue serving our customers with the high quality they expect from us. We decided to choose Sydney as our regional headquarters for the APAC region as we see a great resemblance between the Dutch and Australian business cultures, alongside the increasing demand for innovation from companies in the region.”
